The company "Lucic Prigrevica" was established in 1950 and is located in the village Prigrevica, 11 kilometers southwest of the Apatin. Today, the property Lucic Prigrevica covers an area of 2,200 ha in the proximity of the irrigation system of Danube-Tisa-Danube canal, and has planted vegetable crops on over 800 hectares making it the largest single producer of consumption vegetables in Serbia.

The main potential of the "Lucic Prigrevica" is very good quality land, the most fertile land in Europe.
In fact, over 70% of the land (1586 ha) is a type of chernozem, top quality soil, while the remaining 554 ha of land is of the alluvial type of chernozem II class, exceptionally fertile, which is ideal for vegetables growing.
Land property is grouped in relatively large complexes near the DTD system which facilitates irrigation, and the application of technology control and seed production due to easier formation of the insulating zone.
